School administration app
The school administration app manages the basic data of a school and therefore only users with the administrator role are allowed to use this app.
In this app you can manage the school details and the school periods.
School details
At the school details the institute identification, the name, the address details and the default language can be entered. None of these fields are mandatory. With the 'Save' button, all information is saved.
School periods
To create an educational structure, one or more school periods are required. With the 'Add period' button the dialog to add a period is opened.
To add a School period, a name, start date and end date must be entered. All these fields are mandatory. The date fields can be filled with a date picker. With the 'Add period' button the new period is added.
Existing periods can be adjusted by clicking on the pencil behind the period name.
It is not possible to add overlapping periods.
