2017-10-16 Maintenance release 2.0.1

The 2.0.1 release of Summar.io brings multiple improvements on security stability and speed of the application. In addition, the following improvements were made:

• Support for additional learning levels (pre-IB, IB and IB (All));
• Restoring of backups works like expected again;
• Creation of backups containing QTI's, which are linked to multiple learning objects, works fine now;
• The default options "pass/fail" are checked by default in the Scoring app;
• Assignments which were already completed by a teacher are not displayed in the 'Assignments' tab of the Scoring app any more.
